About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help define and drive the roadmap for Novera’s AI-powered platform. You’ll work across research, design, and engineering to turn user feedback into intuitive features built for accuracy, clarity, and trust.
What you’ll be doing
Own product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Work closely with customers to understand needs and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver thoughtful, polished features.
Define requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
Ensure our AI-powered experiences remain transparent, reliable, and compliant.
Contribute to product vision and long-term strategy.
About you
3+ years of experience in product management (SaaS or B2B preferred).
Strong understanding of modern product development processes.
Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with AI products, workflows, or legal/compliance tools is a plus.
